Just 7 minutes walk to Brighton train station and 70 minutes on a train to London, the office is in the perfect location to connect Brightons best with London and beyond.

FAQs

You’ll have 24/7 access from Monday to Sunday to all facilities at Studio LSS.

We require an initial one-time deposit of £250 and we will hold this for the duration of your term. If and when you decide to leave, we will refund the deposit within the final day of your contract.

Simple, you’ll be added to the google calendar where you can book and see what slots are available.

There are no minimum contracts at Studio LSS, we’ve quite relaxed here and only ask you give us at least a months notice if you decide to move on.

In short, yes you can. There’s no limit on time, we just ask that you are respectful, because we know some meetings do take longer than others.

£250 is the total you pay (apart from the deposit) There are no hidden costs for the meeting room or hidden VAT Charges.

You are more than welcome to bring your dog into the studio and we do have a few other regulars – just try to keep them off the sofa 😉
